 إنني مصاب بحمّى التفكير

 أفكر فيما حدث وماسيحدث وما قد يحدث

 أفكر في الأشياء التي لن تحدث وماذا سيحدث لو حدثت 

فعلاً

 I have a fever of thinking. 

 I think about what happened and what will happen and what might happen. 

 I think about things that will not happen and what will happen if they actually happen.
